nf_dispatch is an advanced dispatch system for Law Enforcement Officers (LEO) and Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

Key Features

  • Real-time Notifications: Automatic alerts created by players or other scripts.

  • Permission System (PWC/APWC): Dedicated roles for shift commanders (Patrol Watch Commander), allowing for full moderation.

  • Interactive Interface (Drag & Drop): Intuitive assignment management by dragging elements.

  • Context Menu (Right Click): Quick access to key actions if you prefer not to use Drag & Drop.

User Interface (UI)

The interface is divided into four main sections:

1. Actions (Toolbar)

The dispatch control center, containing:

  • Duty Status: Toggle activity in the dispatch (Join/Leave).
  • Unit Creator: Create new patrols with a selection of police car/vehicle from a list (configurable).
  • Custom Call (Call Generator):Advanced form for creating reports, allowing you to define:
    • Title and Description of the incident.
    • Services (LEO/EMS).
    • Maximum number of players.
    • GPS Marker (coordinates).
  • Filtering: Toggle visibility of units and calls (Only my faction / All).
  • Settings:
    •  Adjust notification sound volume.
    • Toggle visual notifications on/off.
  • Command Menu: Take over PWC or APWC roles.

2. Members (Officer List)

List of all active officers/medics.

  • Player Card: Displays first name, last name, and role (e.g., PWC).
  • Tooltip: Hovering over shows details: Callsign, Grade, Radio Channel, and unit assignment status.
  • Interaction: Ability to drag a player (Drag & Drop) directly into a created unit in the Units section.

3. Units (Unit Management)

List of active patrols and teams.

  • Unit Information: ID, Status, Name, Vehicle, Member list.
  • Operational Statuses: Visual status indicators: Available, Assigned, EnRoute, OnScene, Transporting.
  • Interactions (Drag & Drop):
    • Drag Unit to Call: To dispatch it.
    • Context Menu (Right Click):
      • Change unit status.
      • Join/Leave unit.
      • Edit composition/vehicle.
      • Disband (remove) unit.

4. Calls (Call List)

Panel of system calls.

  • Call Card:
    • Unique ID and Call Code.
    • Counter of assigned units.
    • Time since report (Timer).
    • Details: Icons for Vehicle Type (with plate), Person's Gender, Location (Street).
  • Interactions (Drag & Drop):
    • Drag Unit to Unit List: To unassign it from the call.
    • Context Menu (Right Click):
      • Set GPS: Quick route setting.
      • Join/Leave: Manually assign your own unit.
      • Remove: Remove call.

Special Roles: PWC and APWC

Users with Patrol Watch Commander (PWC) and Assistant (APWC) permissions have overriding control over the system:

  • Global Management: Can edit and delete ANY unit, not just their own.
  • Call Moderation: Ability to remove any call from the list.
  • Human Resources: Move any players between units (force join/leave).

Automation and Backend

  • Garbage Collector: The system automatically removes calls that have been inactive for a certain time (configurable) to keep the list clear.
  • Synchronization: Dispatch state is synchronized in real-time between all clients.
